PAYMENTS
The payment for purchases can be done through the following methods:

100% guaranteed Online Payment with CREDIT CARD on PAYPAL circuit.

The website offers all guarantees related to e-commerce. Your personal data, your credit card number, the type of the products ordered are transmitted via the Internet in an encrypted (undecipherable) way and the data are not directly treated by MYEVASION SRL but from PAYPAL.

In fact, this payment method allows the credit card holder to provide his/her sensitive data (name, card number, expiry date) directly to the bank and not to the shop or service provider that manages it. With this payment method, the relevant form resident on a secure server (on which sensitive data relating to the credit card are requested) is recalled (using the 128-bit public/private key encryption system, as a guarantee for the buyer). PAYPAL will convey these data in the international VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICANEXPRESS, POSTEPAY circuits, and return the result of the transaction to the customer by e-mail. The successful transaction execution is also reported to MYEVASION SRL which will proceed with the order fulfillment according to the required procedures. Therefore, in no case MYEVASION SRL will be aware of the above information.

Offline Payment with CONFIRMED BANK TRANSFER.

After formulating and confirming the purchase order on the virtual store, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. The e-mail will show the order reference and amount.
The buyer must then make the bank transfer and send the receipt complete with Money Transfer Control Number by mail to: info@colifri.it.

The order will be considered as final once the payment confirmation has been confirmed.

SHIPMENT

Product features
The Products are sold with the features described on the Website and according to the general sales conditions published on the Website at the time the order is sent by the Customer, with the exclusion of any other term or condition.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time, at his/her discretion, without the need to provide any notice to the Website users. Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Website and will only apply to sales made from that date.
The Prices, the Products for sale on the Website and/or the Product features are subject to changes without any notice. Before sending the purchase order, the Customer shall verify the final sale price.

Shipment

The products purchased on the Website will be dispatched by courier. Delivery times range from 3 to 15 working days from the notice of goods ready for dispatch and after online payment, except for delays or unforeseen events not attributable to our company. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier and in no case can be held responsible. Any delays in deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.

At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer shall check that the packaging is intact, not damaged and/or altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier, affixing the wording “goods accepted under reservation” on the document and immediately confirmed by email to info@colifri.it or by ordinary mail to our seat address. Goods accepted without affixing the necessary wording cannot be the subject of a claim for damages or shortages during transport.

Shipping costs vary depending on the value of the products purchased and the place of destination of the goods. Based on the specified delivery address, the system will calculate shipping costs. After adding the products to the shopping cart and after logging in or registering to the Website, shipping costs will always be visible – before the purchase, so if they are included nothing will be due.

Shipping costs for ITALY:
Up to 100,00 Euros or free if indicated on the Website.

Shipping costs for OTHER COUNTRIES:
Europe 120,00 Euros or free if indicated on the Website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer, in accordance with art. 5 of D. Lgs. (Legislative Decree) n. 185, dated 22 May 1999, may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the date on which he/she receives the purchased goods.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a registered letter with advice of receipt within the aforementioned deadline to the following address:
MYEVASION SRL VIA PONTE OGLIO, 7, 26032 OSTIANO (CR) – ITALY or by PEC (Certified E-Mail).

The consignment note of the goods dispatched on the customer’s own account at the address indicated above must be attached to the registered letter. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer, the price of the ordered goods will be reimbursed by bank transfer to the buyer indicated on the order form.

The amount reimbursed does not include shipping and packing costs.

Liability for damage caused by defective products
The Seller frees himself/herself from any liability, with no exclusion and/ or exception, for damage caused by defective products.
